How it could look
Concepts for later: the summary in a chat, full screen, by role and with an agent. None of this exists today. All examples are invented.
An evening with Attendit
This is how it could feel when the interface re-composes itself at every step: from fixed blocks, fitted to your question and your company. Every block carries a source.
-
20:15 Tension
Here is the tender.
Read. Two things matter today.
- Question deadline in 9 days
- Extract too old
-
20:20 Orientation
Is it worth it?
Bid or not?
- Bid deadline
- Award
- Documents
-
20:30 Decision
What am I missing?
Match with your documents:
- Signature
- Trade licence
- Form 3
-
20:45 Action
Write a question to the authority about the submission.
Draft, reference: bid rules, page 14.
- “Please confirm that the upload in the procurement portal is possible until 12 Mar 2027, 10:00.“
Review and send
-
21:00 Calm
Thanks. Remind me.
Done. I will remind you on 11 Mar 2027.
- Open
- Reminder
Tension, orientation, decision, action, calm.
Concept, not available. Invented example.
Feasible in parts: the pipeline delivers deadlines, documents, weights and quotes today. The draft of the question would come from a language model, the source from the findings, and you review before sending. The match with your documents is more effort.
In a chat (MCP app)
The summary appears as a card in a conversation with an assistant, for example in Claude or ChatGPT. The card is a small HTML page that the chat shows in a sandboxed frame.
Read this tender and tell me what I have to submit.
I have read it. Here is the summary.
Summary: Renovation of the electrical installation in Musterstadt primary school
- Required documents
- Deadlines
- Award criteria
Open full screen Deadlines as a calendar file
Feasible with today's data: yes. An MCP server over the pipeline's findings would have to be built. The deadlines carry ISO dates, so the calendar file can be derived.
Full screen: choose a line, see the source
The same demo as on the home page, here as the full-screen view of the app. It works: choose a line.
Concept, not available. Invented example.
Feasible: yes. The real viewer that marks the quote on the original page already exists in the development version. The demo here is drawn.
By role
The same data, four views. The person chooses the view. There is no hidden profiling.
Concept, not available. Invented example.
Feasible: yes. The roles are only different arrangements of the same findings.
By company: match with your documents
The summary adapts to your company: you see what you already have, what is too old and what is missing. This is the line from page 8 as an interface. It needs you to file your documents. That is a separate data-protection question.
| Document | Your status | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Sign the bid with a qualified electronic signature (Page 14) | Certificate valid until 2028 | on file |
| Prove the trade licence (Page 8) | Extract, 4 months old. Allowed: at most 3 months | too old |
| Declaration of turnover (Page 9) | Form 3 not on file | missing |
| Reference confirmed by the client (Page 10) | Reference list on file | on file |
Concept, not available. Invented example.
Feasible with more effort: your own documents would have to be read by the same pipeline. Data protection is open.
By tender: only what it contains
Which blocks appear depends on what the tender contains. The model only chooses from a fixed catalogue.
Electrical renovation (construction)
- Required documents
- Deadlines
- Award criteria
- Site visit
- Construction schedule
New citizen portal (IT)
- Required documents
- Deadlines
- Award criteria
- References
- Alternative bids
- Bidder consortium
Concept, not available. Invented example.
Feasible: yes. The kind of findings (eligibility, award, deadline) decides which blocks appear.
Intent chooses the block
Each intent is linked to a fixed block. The model recognises the intent and picks the block. The content comes from the data we read and carries a source. The model writes no facts into the interface. If the intent is unclear, it asks.
| Intent | Block | Content comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Bid or not? | Decision card | Deadlines, weights, documents |
| What must I submit? | Checklist | Documents with page |
| What is tight? | Timeline | Deadlines with source |
| What am I missing? | Match with your documents | Your documents and the required documents |
| Which first? | Comparison table | several summaries |
| Question to the authority | Form with a draft | the passage in the documents |
The base exists: the development version already has twelve fixed question pages: deadlines, documents, criteria, duties, money, prohibitions, standards, conditional, parties, cross-references, keywords, clauses.
One description, many surfaces
The summary is stored as a description: blocks from a fixed catalogue, every item with a source. Each surface shows it in its own way. This is a sketch in the style of A2UI, not the real standard.

Rule: every block with content carries a source (section and page).

|---|---|

Feasible: yes. The findings are already typed and carry source, page and section. The format shown is a draft.
With an agent
An agent acts for a person. The consent stays with the person.
Send this tender to Attendit.
I need your consent first. Please read the privacy notice and agree yourself.
Agree and send
After that, the summary arrives by email in 1 working day.
Only the person gives the consent. The documentation for agents says the same. Go to the documentation
Feasible: yes. The form and email exist. Access for agents is not built yet.
